The following Terms of Service set out in full below pertain to the Highway Magazine iOS App, (also referred to herein as “this app” or “the HIGHWAY Magazine App”), in addition to the website www.highwaymagazine.info (also referred to herein as “this website” or “the HIGHWAY Magazine website”). This app and this website are published and maintained by Ademas, LLC (also referred to herein as, “the publisher” or the “developer” or “we”).
By visiting this website or installing this App, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, then the publisher recommends you review the recourse for opting out below or suggests you should not use the HIGHWAY Magazine website nor install the HIGHWAY Magazine App

We use a third-party payment processor (also referred to herein as the “Payment Processor”) to accept payments when you purchase a print or digital copy of our magazine.

When you pay, you willingly submit your name, email address and postal address. This information is solely used for preparing and shipping your print issue to you via the US Postal Service. The PayPal transaction email is securely stored in our inbox solely for archive purposes and the record of the transaction remains securely stored in our PayPal Account. This information is never shared with any third party.
The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms of Service. We are not responsible for error by the Payment Processor. By choosing to purchase an issue of the magazine through either Payment Processor, the transaction is in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize the publisher, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that may have been made in a transaction and will do so by notifying you if there is an error. If we do not receive payment from you through the Payment Processor your transaction will be cancelled however the publisher will make an effort in good faith to contact you first.
In the event of a data breach with a payment processor, we will notify customers as soon as we are notified if HIGHWAY Magazine and its publisher are affected. In this scenario, we will document the facts relating to the breach, investigate whether or not the breach was a result of human error or systemic fault, take remedial action and understand how a recurrence can be prevented in the future and take such necessary steps. If significant changes are made, these terms of service will be updated promptly.

8. Legal validity of this disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the Highway Magazine website and the HIGHWAY Magazine App. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this notion.
